Welcome to the Farnsworth 5-8 Library Media Center. Students have over 15,000 books from which to choose. In addition, sixteen computers are available for searching educational databases, checking grades on the student portal, and typing reports for classes.
Students are allowed to check out three books for their reading enjoyment and two more for research projects. In addition, students can take books on tape/cd with their homeroom teacher's permission.
At the 5-8 campus, we believe in life-long learning and reading: students choose books they feel work for and interest them. Word of the Day is displayed daily outside the library.
