 | | Visiting the library is always an occasion. | The library ladies- Jeanne Badman, TA and Julianne Ninteman, EA- make
the LMC a rockin' place by creating a welcoming environment and helping
people with their reading and research needs. Ms. Badman has a
Master of Fine Arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
She has worked with St. Paul Schools for over eight years. Married to
a retired  | | Max poses on his perch. | librarian with cool, wild hair and a beard, Ms. Badman and
her husband have two teenage daughters who attend St. Paul Central High
School. Ms. Badman enjoys books, photography, and travel--not to
mention the legendary man in black, Johnny Cash. Miss Ninteman
has licenses for Library Media, English/Language Arts, and Social
Studies with fourteen years experience in education. She  | | Ms. Badman tells curious students how she and her family made the 1,000 paper cranes currently hanging in the library. | is finishing
her thesis for a Master of Arts in Leadership at Augsburg College and
her thesis for a Master of Library Science at Minnesota State
University, Mankato. Miss Ninteman enjoys theatre, improvisation, art,
dancing, her pet parakeet Max who sings to the hum of the running
dishwasher, and of course---BOOKS! She has an affection for the music
of legendary small town man, John Mellencamp.
