Our classroom is nestled between the other two beautiful sixth grade classes on the Cleveland campus. It is almost like we have our own sixth grade wing of the building.
This year has been a busy year thus far. With the curriculum the students have been studying with me, plus their enrichment classes of Science, Vocal Music, Art, and Physical Education. Then there are extra classes that occur during the school day: Ground School Training, Flight Simulator Lessons, SEM, Band, Student Council Meetings, Specialists, and Friendship Groups. Many of my students attend After School Club (ASC) for the academic support, enrichment classes and team sports.
We are also fortunate to have incredible opportunities offered to travel on extended learning opportunities. I'm sure the students can do a better job of sharing those experiences elsewhere on the school's site.
