All schools have some special education services, however not all special education services are available at every school. The following is a list of services that you will find at Cleveland Junior High School:
- School social work services
- Specific services for students with learning disabilities
- Classroom support for students with Emotional Behavior Disorder
- Autism Program
- Occupational and physical therapy
- Developmental adaptive physical education
- Services for Deaf/Hard of Hearing students
- Services for Visually Impaired students
- Orientation and mobility services (services to help students adapt to their school and community environment)
- Assistive technology (technology designed to meet students' unique needs)
- Physically Impaired/Other Health Impaired/Traumatic Brain Injury Consultation (special and general education teachers work with district wide staff to provide appropriate services for individual students)
- Nursing services
- Speech and language services
- Transportation is provided to students who are eligible under state regulations and school district policies
- Community based transition services
- Special Education interpreters for Spanish, Vietnamese, Somali, Hmong and others as needed
